This course will give your staff an excellent appreciation of the key features of Standby Man duties and responsibilities in the oil and gas industry. By completing this course, your staff will be able to work within any facility and appreciate how you can take an active role as a Standby Man. You will also have a proper understanding of your own personal responsibility for safety and a greater appreciation of behaving safely as a means of reducing workplace accidents
